Excursions and Multi-Day Trips -September to May

With warm 'winters' between 20 and 24 degrees and a water temperature between 18 in February and 24 in September and October, Lanzarote offers an exceptional climate for sea kayaking. If you're sick of lying around the pool and want to try something active and different while you're on the island, a day out paddling on the warm sea fits the bill nicely! Expert paddlers, fear not-if you want to cover as much distance as possible, play in the swells or see coastline that's inaccessible other than by kayak, we have routes for you too! And everyone in between!

During the trips, with a bit of luck, we may be able to spot loggerhead turtles, tropical flying fish, pilot whales and various species of dolphin. Turtles and flying fish are spotted more often but keep your eyes peeled for spouts of water coming from a blowhole! This area is rich in whales and dolphins.

We bring snorkelling equipment on trips with a reef at the lunch stop so that you can meet the reef fish as they go about their busy lives. Regulars on our trips are parrotfish, wrasse, damselfish, cuttlefish and octopus-and you might even spot a ray or an angelshark! Look out for the young wrasse cleaning other fish around the reefs.

Our guide, Juan, holds the BCU 5 star sea leader award, which is the highest award for leadership on the sea, and is also qualified with the Spanish RFEP. With many years of experience under his belt, his knowledge of the local conditions is second to none and you can be sure you're in good hands during your trip.

The equipment we offer is of the highest quality and can be adapted to suit you.

Our trips are 75 Euros per person with the exception of our La Graciosa trip which is 95 Euros. Lunch is included on all trips and discounts are available for groups of 4 or more paddlers!

Pick-up available from accommodation in Playa Blanca. Enquire or book now!
